Warren Conference Center Wedding Ashland MA – Kira + Tim

I’m so glad I got to be part of Kira + Tim’s special day! Kira is my cousin and there is something so great about getting to document these events for such an amazing person. Kira + Tim are silly, fun-loving, and kind and have a love that radiates to those around them. We did their engagement session at Elizabeth Park in West Hartford, CT, which is still one of my favorite sessions to date. Their wedding was at the Warren Conference Center in Ashland, MA which has beautiful grounds and fun cabins so that guests are comfortable staying right there.

It was a beautiful day. We started off the day getting to know all the friends. I always love seeing the wedding party coming together for the marriers. I think it’s so special how everyone takes their job seriously to make the best day for the couple. All of Kira + Tim’s details were unique and special to them. It was super fun playing around with the lavender in the details!

They started their day with a beautiful First Look. The house they were getting ready in had this lattice with vines growing on it that provided the best background. From there, we were able to get in a bunch of group photos so that Kira + Tim could just enjoy their day after that.

The ceremony was so sweet and in a gorgeous clearing. The sun started to glow and provide amazing light for them to say their vows. After the ceremony, we rode off on golf carts to a shore nearby for some truly lovely portraits.

The night was so classy and elegant mixed with personal touches. The reception was no different and glowed with string lights. You could tell everyone was just having the time of their lives. Love and laughter filled the room and you could tell how deeply everyone cared for Tim + Kira. At the end of the night, Tim, Kira, and the groomsmen shared a song together that was so fun and perfect.

What a night! At this point, I was about 7 months pregnant and still feeling good. This marked the time when I made sure to have an assistant with me at each remaining wedding. This wedding was unique because I actually had a bunch of family there, too. At some point, I’d like to do a post talking about how I dealt with working through my pregnancy. I looked at some similar posts when I was going through it, so I’d love to pay it forward!
