I’m so grateful for all the fun I got to have this fall. I’m lucky to have been able to work while the weather was warm last year. And I’m lucky to have gotten to photograph the Ewings again!

Several years ago, I helped out with picture day at the preschool I attended when I was little. From there, I met the Ewings and had a blast taking their family photos at their house in Sterling. This past fall, I was able to update their family portrait and see how much everyone has grown! It was a lot of fun and resulted in some of my very favorite images from the year.

I loved being able to capture the fun they have together. We did some more lifestyle photos mixed with some fun posed ones. By the end, the light was coming through the trees and it looked like magic. Good lighting gets me every time. What about you?
