CelebratingSeniors Part 1
CelebratingSeniors Part 1! I’m switching gears here over the next few weeks from #celebratingfamilies to #celebratingseniors!
We’re reaching the middle of May and a very important moment in a lot of people’s lives. I had the privilege last year of photographing some amazing seniors and we’re starting off with Adam, class of 2017! I’ve had a great time getting to know Adam and his family over the last few years. I photographed Chelsea’s senior photos and the whole family the following fall. All three sessions are major highlights for me. You can find Adam’s whole Senior Session here.
Admittedly, I’ve gotten more girl seniors than boy seniors over the years, but I’m continually impressed by the boys. I feel like before each session, I have a few minutes where I hope they don’t hate me. So far, I haven’t gotten a bad one. Adam is quiet, but he was so easy going and willing to work with the poses I threw at him. It was a lot of fun and I got some really fantastic photos. I also got the opportunity to photograph in a place that I drove by and thought about almost daily. I love when a client is willing to try something completely new and different. The Goguen’s have been incredibly fun to work with.
The photo on the left is one of my personal favorites from the session and the one on the right we all deemed the “James Dean” pose. Congratulations Adam! Best of luck with everything going forward. Thanks for choosing me as your Senior Portrait photographer!
