Ashburnham MA Engagement Photographer – Desi + Hank
This year was full of ups and downs, but against all odds, I actually had a pretty full summer and fall. It was super affirming to have people still contacting me in the middle of a pandemic. Another really nice thing was all the people reconnecting and reaching out for their personal milestones.
One session that really struck a cord with me was Desi + Hank’s engagement session. Desi and I grew up together, so it was super exciting when she reached out about her wedding photography. On top of that, she wanted to do her engagement session on the top of Mt. Watatic – the perfect location for her and Hank.
I was so excited to begin with, but the chance to do this kind of adventurous session was the best. It was peak foliage, a beautiful day, and just an altogether great experience. Desi + Hank were so cute and obviously crazy about each other. They were adamant about letting their silliness shine through in their photos and I think it very much did.
Once at the top, we saw the foliage and experienced a beautiful sunset. This is one of my top sessions from the whole year. It was so beautiful in nature and also so fun experiencing their beautiful relationship.
Even though the pandemic will cause them to push off their plans a little down the road, I’m so looking forward to celebrating these two. I feel fortunate to be able to be part of their special day. Congrats Desi + Hank!
